Work is in progress with the updated occupational profiles for the plant-based food industry professionals, the design of the training modules (plant-based processing, green skills, digital skills, soft skills), the work-based learning scheme and other transversal activities such as quality assurance, project dissemination and project management.The project has also launched a platform (www.food-skills.eu) which will provide information on EQVEGAN trainings and will facilitate the use of services such as the stakeholders database, an apprenticeships scheme and a certification programme for the recognition of knowledge and skills of professionals working in specific fields of the food sector.
