Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences (SeAMK)

Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences (SeAMK) is a multidisciplinary institution of higher education and a public education and training provider for EQF levels 6-7. SeAMK will contribute to the design and delivery of trainings (WP2-4), including work-based learning, and to the quality assurance of the project (WP5). It will participate also in dissemination and be part of the steering committee in project management. It will have a crucial role on the development to the module on automation.

Merja Kyntäjä works as lecturer at in Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences (SeAMK) in the Bio- and Food technology program. The main focus in lecturing is food technology and subjects related to it. She also participates in the EQVegan project with work on vegan food products e.g., vegan omelet, vegan cheese and possibly also vegan meringue.
