Syndesmos Ellinikon Viomichanion Trofimon Somateio (SEVT)
SEVT represents the Greek Food & Drink Industry on national, European and international level and its mission is to facilitate the development of a friendly enabling business environment for all food and drink companies in Greece. SEVT contributes to activities related to the definition of the professional profiles and skills, to the design of training for the vegan food industry staff and to the organisation of dissemination and communication activities.

Vasso Papadimitriou is the Director General of SEVT. She is a Lawyer with a Master of Laws (LLM) in European Law from LSE. In EQVEGAN, she overviews and coordinates SEVT activities.

Foteini Salta is a Chemist with a PhD in Food Chemistry and Nutrition and a MSc in Environmental Chemistry and she is the Project Manager of SEVT. In EQVEGAN, she contributes to the definition of the professional profiles and skills and to the design of training for the vegan food industry staff.
